Tornatore Etna Bianco 2022

Rising star of the Etna region, Tornatore is becoming one of the regions largest and most respected wineries. Their vineyards are located at an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level on the north side of the active volcano.

This Etna Bianco is made entirely with indigenous grape Carricante.  Pleasing aromas of white peach and sliced grapefruit followed by fresh, textured salinity and minerality on the palette. 

Perfect along side some briny anchovy fillets, Arancini stuffed with teleggio and parm or slow cooked chicken with lemons and dates.j
