From a 10-year-old vineyard located in the highest part of our property we produce Pecorino grapes, one of the most representative varieties of Abruzzo. The vinification takes place in stainless steel by placing the must and the skins in contact to extract all the aromatic substances. It is an extremely delicate wine with a pale straw yellow color and has tropical fruity aromas and floral notes.
