Partida Creus TN

This is Partida Creus' 'daily red', with TN standing for 'Tinto Natural', or natural red. Dark in colour, TN has a nose of yeast, dried cranberry, pickled beetroot, and oak. On the palate, you'll find juicy wild forest strawberries, blackcurrant, cherry, humus and pepper, soft tannins and a refreshingly high acidity. A fascinating and unique flavour combination.  It is a blend of Tempranillo, Bobal, and Sumoll, fermented with wild yeasts in steel vats and aged in old wooden casks. It is bottled with no finish, filtration, or added sulphur.
