Foot-stomped and direct-pressed Fredonia Sparkling Rose. The Fredonia was co-fermented with direct pressed Aberarder and Frontenac Gris, plus a small amount of Frontenac Gris whole clusters. Aberarder is an Ontario born cold-climate variety new to most, coming directly from its only grower to date, Alton Farms Estate Winery.
