TASTING NOTES 
Herbal and berry aromatics with blackberry, cherry, and blackcurrant notes. Minty character present alongside tart berry flavors.

TECHNICAL NOTES
Fredonia and Vidal blend produced using Pét-Nat method. Fredonia (Labrusca family variety) macerated for 3 weeks. Vidal direct pressed with whole clusters added, followed by semi-carbonic fermentation for 1 month. Pressed and bottled with fermentation finishing in bottle. Bottled with lees. Made with handpicked grapes from Ontario farmers.
