This delicious joven mezcal is distilled by Rodolfo, a mezcalero and the only primary school teacher in a small Zapotec village outside San Juan del Rio. Quality and sustainability over quantity and yield is the name of the game. Each bottle is numbered, printed, and beeswax-dipped by hand. This is quality small-batch juice from good people.
