Rosewood Pure Imagination 2022

Definitely one my favourite Ontario oranges this year!
Give it a few swirls, let it breath a bit then dive into this juicy refreshing skin contact blend. Lots of bright citrus on the nose, grapefruit rind, honey, some cool floral notes. An awesome intro for the orange curious out there.

50% Gewürztraminer, 50% Riesling

• Whole clusters were transferred to unlined clay amphora and sealed to provoke carbonic maceration.
• Fermented using non-selected, wild, yeast.
• Full malolactic fermentation.
• Matured 3 months in the clay vessels.
• Bottled without fining or filtration.
• Vegan friendly and bone dry.
