St. John Claret 2020

Since 1994, St. John, a legendary Michelin-starred restaurant, has inspired and culled thousands of chefs with their nose-to-tail dining expertise. Devoting themselves wholly to showcasing all that each animal has to offer for their dishes. They expanded into a wine company to cultivate their house wines from France, using their strong ties to some beautiful French wine houses. This Claret (an older term for a red Bordeaux blend) is developed by Trevor Gulliver of St. John alongside Sichel house, who have made this specific blend for over 20 years.
