A partial skin-contact white wine (rather than a full blown orange wine) with an integrated floral perfume on both the nose and the palate, which is distinctively Muscat, but without it’s predisposition to overwhelm the senses. Lemon Sherbet, starfruit, Moroccan clementine, soft peaches, and Asian pear along with lilac, acacia and honeysuckle are balanced with a crushed seashell salinity and savoury notes. Chill and delight while thinking about sailboats and sea spray.
