Fermentation of grapes in barriques and subsequent maturation in the same barriques for 11 months.
Orientali Sottozona Cialla Ciallabianco (with 8,980 bottles made) shows structure, fiber and staying power. In terms of aromas, the wine focuses on stone fruit, honey and toasted nut.
