From numerous clay and limestone hilltops in Les Loges, specifically La Cote and Les Griotte, these Sauvignon Blanc vines average 20 years in vine age and we’re fermented and aged in tank, on lees. Bright and brisk with lemon verbena, prickly pear, tangerine, guava and bright grapefruit, this buzzes along a fuller (14%) palate, finishing with a raft of broken stones. A beautiful, potent wine, primed for drinking now.
