Bright, citrusy, just-about-to-ripen tree fruit drizzled with just a touch of honey & a fresh, green herb to garnish like a 90s -era single sprig of parsley. Absolutely glug-able afternoon wine, pair with oysters and friendly conversation.Planted on a mix of sand and clay soils, the average age of the vines used for this wine is 35 years old. After a mechanical harvest, the grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press, and fermented in stainless steel tanks to keep the wine as bright and aromatic as possible.
