Bizzarro is a classic Apertivo made by infusing citrus fruit and botanicals in organically grown, skin fermented white wine fortified with neutral grape spirit. It’s subtle balance of bitter, sweet and aromatic makes it perfect in a spritz with sparkling wine, on the rocks or served with a dash of soda.
