This low abv pet-nat is made from Grüner Veltliner vines planted at 300 meters above sea level. Expect dry, minerality driven bubbles with notes of ripe yellow stone fruit amid hints of pastry. The palate is rounded, lead by a lemony, bright and integrated freshness. The juice is slightly cloudy. A great aperitif.
