'Light, transparent, low alcohol and expressly Baden, a pinot noir with the aromatic presence of wet concrete and melting red fruit drops with a note of the clayey earth. Chewy in a tanned leathery way, some sweetness from the fruit and acids allowed to speak in naturally curated tones. In fact there is a cured feeling here, like mildly spiced charcuterie. Lovely wine'
