The nose opens with white flowers, orchard fruit and wet stone. Hints of burnt sugar leads to richer fruit in the mouth. Notes of candied citrus and vanilla custard round out the minerality. Good balance between fruit, nutty tones, and barrel contribution, all lingering in the mouth with a delicate seam of acidity leaving your palate wanting more.
