Here Éric Texier has made a delightful and mineral natural Côtes du Rhône AOC wine. An assemblage of 60% Grenache, 15% Cinsault, 15% Carignan and 10% Chasselas (a white grape) it is ruby in colour; has notes of plums, red berries, citrus and spice on the nose and a palate that is both supple and crisp with well balanced fruit and acidity. Using low intervention methods, Éric’s wines are unfined, unfiltered and low sulphite.
