Riesling AF…an “off-dry” riesling. AF = arrested fermentation on 60% of this Riesling to leave a small balance of residual sugar on the finished wine. 40% of the final blend was fermented completely dry.
Stainless steel aged on fine lees for 11 months then bottled unfined after filtration to prevent re-fermentation.
